Another collaboration with Whipped Cream creative to bring the ITV X Oscars 2025 Watch Party to life. The direction was Hollywood glitz with a twist as we opted for more fun and modern touches. Velvets, furs, florals and disco ball heaven. The W soho was the perfect venue with the second largest disco ball in Europe centre in the room! I worked with suppliers to bring together the creative vision. The guests were greeted in their hotel rooms with a bespoke branded gift box and floral arrangement. They then moved to a pre Oscars cocktail party. I created a branded red carpet photo op and glamorous disco cocktail party with elegant florals by Octavia Florals. Their outfits were captured beautifully by live event illustrator Svetlana Lierre. The guests then moved to an onsite private cinema where they had branded popcorn holders and personalised seating pictures waiting for them to watch the ceremony unfold. It was a fun-filled night focusing on glamour, luxury, branding and creating the Oscars experience here in London.
